You would like to digitize all paper documetns that circulate in your company? Service Point Belgium will assist you wilst scanning the documents with high-volume scanners. In that way, you can construct an electronic archive, for example. 

Our services

  • Transport of documents
    In general, scanning is being done at Service Point. We will arrange transport of documents between your offices and Service Point. If the documents which need to be scanned cannot leave your offices we will scan on location.
  • Preparatory operation
    A necessity to scan quickly.Scanning documents of maps can contain following operations:
    - removing pages;
    - removing staples from documents;
    - removing paperclips;
    - inserting separator sheets to distinguish individual dossiers;
    - inserting bar codes (for the meta data).
    A scan project which has been completed as requested starts with good agreements and a perfect preparation of the documents that need to be scanned.
  • Scan
    We have an extended arsenal of scanners to our availability to scan all your documents from A5 format to A0. Black/white or colour, recto or recto/verso, 200 or 300dpi? The choice is up to you
  • Indexation
    This means applying meta data – when this cannot be automated – used to rapidly call the right file from all electronic files
  • Follow-up treatment
    Restoring to original state.
  • Storage or destruction
    This is not something we do ourselves but we can assist you to find the ideal partners for physic storage or permanent destruction of original documents
  • Make the images available
    After scanning, the images can be made available in different ways. We deliver them on a carrier of choice (DVD, external hard disk, FTP, …) so that you can get to work
